Spinal Yin Fusion began with a frustration.
As a personal trainer, Mianna kept seeing programmes that managed symptoms and chased aesthetics,
without asking why the body was struggling.
Pain, tension, poor posture, restricted movement,
all quietly accepted as the cost of a busy life.
She built her method to answer that. A method to help people solve these problems.
Today she works with high-profile clients and advices
corporate teams and medical professionals, including
dental practices where long hours take a real toll.
Based between Sweden and Marbella, she works internationally
A UNIQUE BACKSTORY
My journey has taken me across the world and through several unique careers. I began in international modeling
before moving into close protection, working with private high-profile and VIP clients in demanding environments.
Having lived and worked in countries including the
United Kingdom, Spain and Scandinavia, I have gained a unique international perspective through working closely with people from many different backgrounds and cultures.
The experiences ultimately led me to the work I do today.
